Traditional Naming Ceremony in Ghana
Ghanaian naming ceremonies are an important aspect of Ghana's culture and tradition. The naming ceremony, known as "outdooring," typically occurs a week or two after a baby is born. The purpose of the ceremony is to introduce the baby to the community and to officially give the baby a name.
